Fuji BEAT

During the digital content expo, at Miraikan museum, Fuji was exposing its bendable electro acoustic transducer aka BEAT, a cool name for a flexible speaker.

It is composed of a two electrodes and a vibratile thin metal film substrate, which carries positive charges. The metal film substrate is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. When the electric polarities (of the first and second electrode) change, the metal film vibrate, compress air, and produce sound waves (more explanations are available here)
This speaker is thin and bendable as paper, so you can easily roll it and bring it where ever you want.
It can also be used as a screen for a pico projector such in the photo.
